I think it's a shame we don't have a lot of salmon sashimi. One portion per person included in the buffet, and it's extra afterwards. I know that fish is expensive, but for around €20 I've seen buffet restaurants that serve all you can eat in Paris. Also the evening choices are limited, there are a few crossed out dishes on the menu. No tuna sashimi or sea bream, among others. So it doesn't seem so advantageous to me to go there in the evening and pay more. There aren't many desserts, the fruit salad was crossed out on the menu too, no accessible sweets, nor donuts as I saw in the photos of the customers. Je ne met pas une mauvaise note parce que je ne veux pas me venger mais je suis obligée de parler de ça. Ils proposent des grandes bouteilles de ice tea a environ 5€, idéal pour les groupes. J'aime beaucoup les maki spéciaux, et les California croustillants (attention sur l'image de la carte on dirait des California frits, mais c'est juste des California avec des oignons frits autours) Les brochettes sont bonnes aussi. Je trouve que c'est dommage qu'on ait pas le droit à beaucoup de sashimis saumon. Une portion par personnes inclue dans le buffet, et c'est en supplément ensuite. Je sais que le poisson coûte cher, mais pour a peu près 20€ j'ai vu des restos buffets qui en font à volonté à Paris. Aussi les choix du soir son restreints, il y a quelques plats barrés sur la carte. Pas de sashimi thon ni de daurade, entre autres. Alors ça me paraît pas si avantageux d'y aller le soir et de payer plus cher. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de desserts, la salade de fruits était barrée sur la carte aussi, pas de bonbons accessibles, ni de donuts comme j'ai vu sur les photos des clients. La glace est limitée a une boule par personnes par goût (vanille et fraise)
